“Genome data” preserves the past history of life beyond the time of a million years scale. “Omics data” tells us the mechanisms, such as gene expression, regulation and interaction. And “Metagenome/ecosystem/environmental DNA data” describe complex interaction network between environment and life. Our aim is to derive new concepts, hypotheses, and rules of evolution and ecology based on bioinformatics approach.
