Genome data preserves the history of life over millions of years. Omics data reveals the mechanisms of gene expression, regulation, and interaction. Metagenome, ecosystem, and environmental DNA data describe the complex interaction networks between the environment and living organisms. Our aim is to derive new concepts, hypotheses, and rules of evolution and ecology using a bioinformatics approach.
