Due to technological innovation in the field of life science, the era of “data driven biology” has come to approach life phenomena based on large-scale data such as genome data and metagenomic data. Our group analyze these huge amounts of data with information science technology and way of thinking to find new rules and patterns behind life phenomena, or bioinformatics (Biological Information Science) that finds out unknown important genes research.
